OSPA is pleased to publish the “Direct Pay Tax Credits: A Guide for Tribal Nations” to educate Tribes and Tribal organizations on how to use tax credits to fund clean energy projects.
DOE’s advancement of the Tribal Energy Access NIETC is critical to bringing EHV transmission, and the energy and economic development it will enable, to the OSPA Tribal reservations.
On September 11, 2024, OSPA discussed the challenges Tribal clean energy projects face interconnecting to the national power grid and highlighting solutions to streamline interconnection and bring EHV transmission to Tribal lands.
